Les, lets revive this forum!!!

This is for you, the fans of Stock/Aitken/Waterman. Your forum to share info, and talk about PWL / SAW. Share info about SAW, Phil Harding, Pete Hammond, Dave Ford and the rest of the old PWL team.

Les, lets revive this forum!!!

Postby Yisraelee » Wed Dec 09, 2009 3:39 am

OK, so we've all accepted now that the SAW reunion lasted for just the one Sheilas track, but as we know there is still a SAW/PWL revival going on and that we have been blessed with all those amazing rare recent PWL/PWE iTunes releases, can we now kick start this discussion site again??

Cheers

Lee

Hi Lee,

Not sure what else I could offer.

Just reading the Phil Harding book at the moment, not a bad read.

I need to order my copy, it's gonna be a post Christmas gift to myself :)

What do you guys think of the latest RETRO mixes from Pete Hammond?

Well, I LOVE them, Velvet's "Chemistry", Mini Viva's "Left My Heart In Tokyo", City Girls "Make Up Your Mind", Plumb's "Hang On', Wynonna's "Sing" and of course Sinitta's "The Day You Said Goodbye", bloody genius inho.

I'll stard a new thread :)

Just proof that the PWL pop structure still works! I love those new "Hammond" tom fills, Les you got any good clean toms?

Merry Christmas to you and your family Les, and cheers for the forum :)

Hey Les, haven't been around in a while but saw Craig's interview on the Hit Factory forum and thought I'd check back in and say hey to you and to everyone.

How's things going? Hope the family and business are travelling well.

Things are good in Oz, nice sunny summer weather...maybe I should get the Viva track out :) You doing much, musically, of late?

G'day Les, and welcome back, I hope all is well for you in England :)

I've just realised this is probably the wrong section of the forum so I'll start a thread in the appropriate area.

Speak soon,
Alan.

It'd been really hot and steamy over the last 2-3 weeks, 29-31 degrees and 90 percent humidity, but there's been a nice cool change over the last few days, perfect as I've just started 3 weeks holidays :P

Hi Alan,

That looks good.

My little set-up is not up at the moment. Because I was running my baby gift business from home I needed the room so my studio had to be packed away (broke my heart to do it).
I now rent some office space away from home so I'm gonna set it back up.

I did buy a nice Mac book pro and have logic on itbthe other day. Craig Hardy tells me that's all I need nowadays. No-one has hardware anymore, which I can't believe!
